ProfilePe is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create a single profile page containing multiple links, which can be shared across social media and other platforms.

3. User Accounts

4. User Content & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Ensuring that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

You must not post or link to:

  • Illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content

  • Pornographic, hateful, abusive, or violent material

  • Content infringing on trademarks, copyrights, or intellectual property

  • Malware, phishing links, or harmful software

ProfilePe reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts without prior notice if violations are found.

5. Public Profiles

  • ProfilePe profiles are public by default unless otherwise stated.

  • Anyone with your profile link may view your profile and links.

  • ProfilePe is not responsible for how third parties use publicly visible information.

6. Paid Plans & Payments

  • ProfilePe may offer free and paid subscription plans.

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

  • All prices are inclusive/exclusive of GST as applicable.

  • Subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All platform content, design, branding, logos, and software are the property of RetailRoad / ProfilePe.

  • Users retain ownership of their own content.

  • You grant ProfilePe a limited license to display your content solely for providing the service.

8. Platform Availability

  • We strive to keep ProfilePe available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law:

  • ProfilePe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party links, tools, or services.
