ProfilePe.com (“ProfilePe”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a product of RetailRoad. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription-related matters are handled on our platform.
By using ProfilePe or purchasing any paid plan, you agree to this policy.
1. Nature of Service
ProfilePe provides digital, subscription-based services (link-in-bio pages, analytics, premium features).
Since these are intangible digital services, there is no physical return of goods.
2. Free Plan

ProfilePe offers a free plan with limited features.

Users are encouraged to try the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.
3. Paid Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis, as applicable.

Prices may include or exclude GST as per Indian tax regulations (clearly mentioned during checkout).
4. Refund Policy

Payments once made are non-refundable.
✅ Exception (Limited Cases)
Refunds may be considered only if:

A technical issue from ProfilePe’s side prevents access to paid features for a prolonged period, and

The issue is reported within 7 days of payment.
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approved at ProfilePe’s discretion.
5. Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard.

Upon cancellation:

Access to paid features continues until the end of the billing cycle.

No partial or prorated refunds will be issued.

6. Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

It is the user’s responsibility to manage subscription settings.
7. GST & Invoices

GST-compliant invoices are issued for all paid transactions.

In case of an approved refund, applicable GST will be handled as per Indian GST rules.
8. Payment Failures & Duplicate Charges
If you experience:

A failed payment but amount deducted

Duplicate or incorrect charges
Please contact us within 7 days with transaction details for resolution.
9. Account Termination

If an account is suspended or terminated due to violation of Terms & Conditions, no refund will be provided.

ProfilePe reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.

ProfilePe may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
